How to make Himalayan Salt Solé (so-lay)
Fill a glass jar ½ full with crystals, add pure water, wait 24 hours. The water will become a saturated salt solution.
That’s Solé!
Add a teaspoon or less of Solé to a drink bottle or glass of water.
The water should taste well mineralized but not salty.
Top up with water or crystals as needed.
