It’s like asking for ‘behind the counter’ medicines at the pharmacy. It requires a basic level of documentation and personal contact.
There are two steps
- Fill out a form
- Book a phone consultation (15 minutes / $22).
Subscriptions need renewal at 6 monthly intervals, please complete the simpler ‘renewal’ form. Yearly renewal requires the form plus another 15 minute phone consultation.
How the system works
This website is coded so that any item requiring restricted availability can be kept in a hidden part of the shop. At our admin end of each subscriber’s profile is a portal to these items where they are on a list with checkboxes. When items are selected they appear in the shop for that subscriber only.
Simply log in and go to the shop, they are waiting for purchase.
Step 1. The Form
We’ve used our experience to make a Subscription Form that covers most of your case analysis. Having this information already documented allows us to be more focused and productive at the consultation. Please get the form to clinic at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Step 2. The Consultation
Book a 15 minute phone call (Bookings page Category – phone consultation).
A membership is created, simply log-in and go to the Shop. The personal prescription is in “My Special Products” at the top of the page.
This service is free at markets or seminars, just fill a form and talk to us. Memberships are automatically available after a consultation at clinic.
Patients working with complex health concerns have easy access to repeat prescriptions – log in and order, it will be in the mail the next day. Prescriptions are always checked against clinic notes and recorded.
